Cubs

Third Upton Cubs at the District Sixers and Seconders Camp Oct 2010

3rd Upton Sixers and Seconders survived a very wet District Sixer and
Seconders Camp
They completed the Athlete's, Camper and Hike's Away 1 badges, they made
camp gadgets, put up and took down their own tents, cooked their dinner and
breakfast on open fires and enjoyed a very wet wide game in the dark with
torches
Despite the rain we all had a fantastic time and are now busy drying out all
the tents!

Well done to everybody, it was a great weekend!

Beavers

3rd Upton Beavers had a great time at the District Beaver Sleepover

They completed the Outdoor Challenge and took part in various bases towards the Global Challenge

They played various team games, enjoyed a sausage and chip supper, a camp
fire and a wide game in the dark with torches
After a few hours sleep it was time to go home on Sunday after breakfast
All 3rd Upton Beavers and Leaders had a fantastic time and the weather was
great!
